Russian 1914 café

From the Urbanatomy Shanghai web site
An indication of where to eat :

Harbin’s vibrant dining culture depends heavily on wheat, flour, potato and corn. There is nothing more comforting than Dongbei-style juicy and mouthwatering dumplings in the cold. Yum! Dongbei Ya is a modest 24-hour restaurant.
Russian delicacies can be found at Russian 1914 CafÈ. We visited twice because we couldn’t get enough of their piroshiki - otherwise known as deep-fried bread with minced meat and carrot filling.
